The charger accepts 260‑480 V AC, three‑phase, 50/60 Hz. Typical full‑load current per phase: ≈30 A (20 kW), 45 A (30 kW) and 60 A (40 kW). Size breakers and cables accordingly and reserve at least 20 % headroom for inrush.
Yes. It is designed for 480 V class systems. For lower 208/240 V services you would need a step‑up transformer; otherwise the charger will derate or shut down.
Standard is a 5 m liquid‑cooled CCS2 cable. We can provide 6 m (40 kW) or 7 m (≤30 kW) leads on request, and supply CHAdeMO or GB/T heads for volume orders.
Firmware supports OCPP 1.6 JSON out‑of‑the‑box and is OTA‑upgradable to OCPP 2.0.1. Ethernet is standard; optional 4G/LTE and Wi‑Fi modules are available.
Yes. DC energy metering accuracy is Class 0.5 and the hardware is CE & UKCA certified. MID‑compliant metering can be supplied for EU public billing requirements.
Over/under‑voltage, short‑circuit, surge, over‑temperature, insulation monitoring and a Type A RCBO (Type B optional). An emergency stop switch is located on the front panel.
